Rooney on course for comeback

Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson believes Wayne Rooney could come into contention against West Ham on Saturday at Old Trafford.

The England striker sat out the Champions League victory over Barcelona last night, which saw the club secure a place in the final, because of a hip injury.
