Senderos set to step in for Campbell

Sol Campbell is facing surgery on a broken nose, which could rule him out for up to three weeks ahead of tomorrow’s Barclays Premiership clash with West Brom at Highbury.

Philippe Senderos is the likely man to come back into defence should it be decided the England centre-half, only just fit again, needs an immediate operation.

Emmanuel Eboue, Cesc Fabregas and Gilberto are likely to return to the starting XI after being rested for the midweek draw at Portsmouth, but left-back Ashley Cole (ankle), Pascal Cygan (hamstring) and long-term absentee Lauren (knee) are all still out.
