Samaras' City return delayed

Manchester City’s injury crisis is unlikely to be aided by the return of £6m (€8.7m) new-boy Georgios Samaras this weekend.

The Greek international was one of nine first-team stars to miss City’s defeat at Chelsea on Saturday after damaging ankle ligaments in a brief appearance as a substitute in the recent home defeat by Wigan.
