Striker shortage for Rovers

Blackburn manager Mark Hughes is again short of numbers in attack for tomorrow’s Premiership clash with Manchester United at Ewood Park.

The two sides face one another for the third time in 15 days after their recent Carling Cup semi-final battle, with United winning 3-2 on aggregate.

But Hughes is without his two vital strikers in Craig Bellamy (hamstring) and Paul Dickov (broken collarbone).
