Aston Villa manager David O’Leary insists he has no regrets about selling Darius Vassell to Manchester City in the summer, claiming it was a good deal for all concerned.

Striker Vassell ended a decade-long association with Villa, whom he joined as a schoolboy, in opting to make a £2m (€2.9m) switch to Eastlands.
