Atouba set for Spurs exit

Tottenham defender Thimothee Atouba is in Germany to complete a transfer to Hamburg.

The Cameroon international, 23, has been discussing personal terms after Spurs agreed a deal with the Bundesliga club for his services.

The left-sided player recently asked to leave White Hart Lane after failing to secure a regular place in Spurs' starting line-up under Martin Jol and is expected to complete a transfer in the next 24 hours.
