Pleat won't rush back injured stars

David Pleat is not expecting any of Tottenham’s injured quartet of players to return and bolster the ranks for the Carling Cup quarter-final clash with Middlesbrough at White Hart Lane.

Spurs boss Pleat is resigned to being without Simon Davies (thigh), Bobby Zamora (Achilles) and knee injury victims Jamie Redknapp and Christian Ziege.
