Bolton owners announce profit rise
With group and football turnover both increasing by 3% to £54.8million (€80.7m) and £45.9m (€58.8m), respectively, the club believe they are continuing to progress, both on and off the field.
The results came on the back of Wanderers qualifying for Europe for the first time.
As well as investing in Sam Allardyce’s first-team squad, Bolton believe they have also shown a firm commitment to the future by acquiring a 40-acre site which is intended to house the club’s new academy.
