Bolton owners announce profit rise

BOLTON Wanderers’ parent company Burnden Leisure has reported a pre-tax profit of £300,000 (€441,000).

With group and football turnover both increasing by 3% to £54.8million (€80.7m) and £45.9m (€58.8m), respectively, the club believe they are continuing to progress, both on and off the field.

The results came on the back of Wanderers qualifying for Europe for the first time.
