Foxes snap up Welsh on loan

LEICESTER manager Rob Kelly has completed his second loan signing of the week after attracting Sunderland winger Andy Welsh to the Walkers Stadium.

The Scottish U21 international signed until the end of the season. Welsh joined the Black Cats from Stockport for £150,000 in November 2004 and has made 15 appearances for the Premiership club this season.
