Irish Women's Rugby head coach John O'Sullivan has stepped down from his position due to family and work commitments, it was announced today.

A co-owner and managing director of Diamond Shipping Services based in Cork, O'Sullivan was appointed in late 2006 and he has since presided over some impressive displays during his short tenure.
