Resident objects to Lansdowne redevelopment plan

A local resident has lodged an objection to the redevelopment of Lansdowne road with An Bord Pleanála.

The €350m overhaul was given the green light by Dublin City Council last month, subject to 28 minor conditions.

Locals are concerned that the stadium will be more than 48 metres tall, which is more than 10 metres more than Croke Park.

An Bord Pleanála will make a decision on the redevelopment by December 11.
