Connacht leave vacancy for Glasgow tie
Connacht coach Michael Bradley has left one place vacant on the side to play Glasgow in Friday night's televised clash at Hughenden.
Out-half Eric Elwood, who retired injured in the at half-time in the Celtic Cup victory over The Borders, is doubtful for this encounter.
There is also a vacancy on the bench as Connacht have a number of problems in the front row.
Coach Bradley wants to take as much time as possible before finalising the side.
There are a number of changes from the side which emerged victorious from Galashiels on Friday night with Mark McHugh, whose two late penalties sealed the win, starting at full-back.
Conor McPhillips and Wayne Munn return on the wings with Mike Walls making his first start of the season at scrum-half.
Injury has ruled out Dan McFarland and Warren O¹Kelly with Ray Hogan and Fabian Boiroux selected as props.
Damian Browne returns to partner Andrew Farley in the second row while Michael Swift starts in a back row that is completed by Paul Neville and John O¹Sullivan.
The game will be televised live by TG4 on Friday evening at 7.25pm and will include a feature from Connacht's visit this week to schools in Portumna.
