Huntingdon passes inspection
This afternoon's fixture at Huntingdon passed an 8am inspection and goes ahead as scheduled.
Although lying snow had caused some concerns, the overnight temperature gauge rarely threatened to dip below zero.
Clerk of the course Andrew Morris said: "Temperatures reached 5C overnight and we are fine for racing.
"Most of the snow on the track has gone and although there is a patch of frozen ground, we are confident we can rail around that area."
Huntingdon's going on the hurdles track is good to soft, soft in places. The chase course is good to soft.
