Montgomerie to become Foundation president

Colin Montgomerie has agreed to become the next president of the Golf Foundation, the charity which works to make the sport more accessible to children from all backgrounds.

Last year’s Ryder Cup captain will take over from former European Tour executive director Ken Schofield in May and combine the role with his playing career.
