Saudi Arabia nets tournament

Saudi Arabia is to stage an event on the European Seniors Tour for the first time.

The inaugural Saudi Masters will be played at The Dirab club on March 19-21 with €330,000 prize money.

Dirab is one of only three grassed courses in the country and is located 25 miles south-west of Riyadh.

New senior events in the Azores, Poland, Russia and the Czech Republic are also being staged this season.
