The organisers of the Seve Trophy will be hoping for an improved attendance at the event in Co Laois today.

Only a few hundred spectators turned out yesterday to watch Nick Faldo's Britain and Ireland team take on a Continental European side led by Seve Ballesteros.

The Europeans are leading 3-2 after the opening day.
