Sergio recovers from slow start

Sergio Garcia recovered from a slow start to justify his position as pre-tournament favourite in the Omega European Masters in Switzerland today.

Garcia, who owns an apartment in the town and feels he has “home-field advantage” this week, finished 19th in 2003 and third in 2004 behind house guest Luke Donald before winning the title by a shot last year.
