Levet wins Big Shot award

French Ryder Cup player Thomas Levet has won the European Tour’s Royal Bank of Scotland award for July for the shot of the month.

A panel voted for his eight-iron to three feet on the final hole of the Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomond. It set up a birdie, a round of 63 and victory by one from seven behind at the start of the day.
