Cink justifies Sutton's faith

Three weeks away from the Ryder Cup, American Stewart Cink hopes he has silenced at least some of his critics – if indeed they exist.

Last Monday Cink, with only one victory in the last four years, was named by Hal Sutton as one of his two wild cards. Last night he became $1.2m (€980,000) richer.
