Torrance calls Fergie and Sven for advice

Sam Torrance has called on the expertise of Alex Ferguson and Sven-Goran Eriksson as he prepares to captain Europe’s Ryder Cup team at the Belfry.

Torrance has picked the brains of the Manchester United and England managers in the hope of giving the home side the edge as they seek to regain the trophy lost in controversial circumstances three years ago.
