Woodstock win Mixed Foursomes

Woodstock, Co. Clare beat Kanturk by the odd match in five to win the Munster Final of the BMW sponsored Irish Mixed Foursomes at Thurles on Saturday.

Kanturk got off to a flying, winning the first two matches by 5/4 but losing the last three.

In the first semi final Kanturk beat Macroom by three matches to one with one called in for a half.

Woodstock, on the hand, overwhelmed Templemore, winning the first three matches and the last two were called in for halves.
