Not a bit of complaining from Blarney manager Michael Barrett. He knew it was winner-or-nothing direct from Mark Coleman’s injury-time sideline. That Cathal Hegarty’s subsequent goal did not stand was no point of frustration.

“I have no complaints,” said Barrett of the final play of Sunday's Cork Senior A hurling decider that ended in dramatic stalemate. “I spoke to Mark Maher. He said he told our forwards that that was the last play, so if Mark had scored direct from the sideline, great, if he didn't, I have no complaints.
