Players give the write direction

Cork’s senior hurlers and footballers have all written to their respective clubs highlighting their objections to the County Board’s recent decision to change the management appointment system.

The players have issued a threat to strike unless that decision is rescinded and a return to the system whereby the manager appoints the selectors is made.
