Fermanagh through to Ulster minor final

Fermanagh are definitely through to the Ulster minor final after Down's appeal against their involvement in the decider was thrown out by the provincial council.

Down appealed against Fermanagh's semi-final win on the grounds that the Ernesiders had played an extra man for a period of two minutes late in the game following a blood substitute.
