Ballinderry unhappy over delay

Ballinderry chiefs have hit out at the delay in the Ulster SFC following the three-match saga between Crossmaglen Rangers and Errigal Ciaran.

Ciaran and Armagh champs Cross' have already drawn twice and will play again on Sunday at the neutral venue of Clones in the quarter-final.

The winners will advance to face Ballinderry but the Derry champions are now wondering exactly when the tie will take place.

Ballinderry coach Eamon Wilkinson insisted: "A week or two before the game we'd try and concentrate on the strengths and weaknesses of our opponents.

"At the minute, we can't do that, so we can't psyche the players up for it yet."
