Croker bosses set to rethink seating decision

CROKE PARK bosses look set to reverse their decision to cordon off over 2,000 seats for Sunday’s All-Ireland SFC semi-final between Cork and Dublin.

The first three rows of the Hogan, Cusack and Davin stands have been off limits to supporters as part of the GAA’s strategy at curbing the threat of pitch invasions.

However, with a huge surge in interest in tickets for the clash over the past 48 hours, officials will reassess the situation this morning and, according to sources, may remove the safety meshing and make the space available to the public.
