Before the throw-in of championship, I had Cork, Limerick, and Clare as my Munster top three. Was I simply falling in with the masses and not ballsy enough to go against the majority by including Tipp or Waterford? Maybe.

I really don’t want to come across as wise after the event, but I’m not overly surprised to see Tipp now sitting in one of those spots and being in a position to secure a top three finish with victory at home to Waterford this Sunday.
