The last time I went to watch Galway United play in what was then Terryland Park, it was a pre-season friendly against Sunderland. Though I'm unsure when that was exactly, I have narrowed it down to a date between 1995 and 1997, as David Ned Kelly played that evening during what I assumed was many spells at the Black Cats, but turns out was his only one.
