Under the microscope this month for our Tried and Tested spot is the Cosori TwinFry Dual Blaze 10L air fryer. We are tearing out a kitchen at the time of typing, so this air fryer has become the absolute hero of our kitchen (aka hallway). 

With three boys who'd ate the hand off ya without salt, I was dreading the take-away bills for the duration of the kitchen remodel. Plus, we're always juggling multiple meals at once. This clever appliance has genuinely simplified our lives. I’m talking about a whole new level of easy — my ten-year-old even cooked us a full roast dinner with it last weekend. And we're all still alive.
