Wish List: Eight fantastic finds for our homes
Jewellery, children's architectural fun, cool kettles and furniture are part of this week's Wish List.
This weekend, if you're at Kaleidoscope festival, don't miss a series of engaging workshops at Glenveagh Elemen-Tree Woods aimed at sparking interest in architecture among children. And who better to inspire budding builders but architect Dermot Bannon?
The kids will have the chance to participate in four design workshops, guided by Dermot at the festival.

Glenveagh is announcing a three-year partnership, which will see it become presenting partner of Kaleidoscope, the fab family music camping festival at Russborough House.
The best reason to encourage your child to join in? The workshops will branch out (boom, boom) into a competition where young festivalgoers will design their ultimate treehouse. The winning design will be brought to life by Glenveagh’s expert team, with design consultation by Dermot, and built at the winner's home. Tickets are available at Kaleidoscopefestival.

Time for tea? Sure it's always time for tea. We are adoring the new range of VQ Laura Ashley China Rose patterned kettles.
They're available in various Laura Ashley prints, the jug kettle, stove top kettle and 1.7l kettle options boast fast boiling capabilities and safety features, but our favourite is this hand-applied Elveden print in midnight navy.
The Elveden print itself took inspiration from the Summer Palace design, launching in the 1980s, and remains popular today. We can see why. View all VQ products online visit the website Myvq.

Anyone for pizza? Milano in Cork's Oliver Plunkett Street recently reopened and we have to say we're loving the new look. What's our favourite elements of the remodel?
The unique artwork by Italian interior designer Enzo Apicella, who worked with Milano’s founder Peter Boizot to create some of the brand’s iconic aesthetics.
Customers will also enjoy a touch of culinary theatre during their dining experience, as Pizzaiolos will knead and flare dough right in front of their eyes in the open kitchen.
They also offer both adult and children’s pizza-making parties. Why should the kids have all the fun?
