Why so? Well for starters, it’s south-facing, has captivating views, has a long pedigree, good off-street parking for several cars –and, its previous owners were the Keane family, of jewellery shops fame.
The Keanes sold well over a decade ago, when Ritaville was next acquired by the clergy at St Vincent’s Church, directly across the road and slightly to the city side, so its occupants got to keep an eye on the church, while still having long views out the city towards St Fin Barre’s Cathedral and UCC through various gaps and over the roof of a contemporary-styled home by the church’s car park.

Busy already with viewings, Mr Quinlan says the views are panoramic; it’s within a walk of the city centre, UCC, the Bons, Mardyke and County Hall.
