THE level of property activity is definitely well up on last year, according to Pat Crean of Sherry FitzGerald Stephenson Crean Property Management & Sales Advisors.

“It may be different to national trends, but we are seeing a definite return to the relative safety of bricks and mortar as a better investment option for these uncertain times,” Mr Crean says.

“People are starting to see the value in property now that prices have come back to very attractive levels. We have had a very good year in places like Ballyheigue, Castlegregory and Dingle, with levels of interest and activity beating the national trend and based on reasonable prices.
