A SECOND phase of the Portgate Business Park in Ringaskiddy in Cork has been launched, tapping into the growth in port activity.

Last year over 9.5 million tones of goods went though Cork portand Cork Airport is within a short drive.

Already in phase one at Portgate areZenith Technologies, Vision Plastics, Energy Solutions and Nutec Global Safety.

Phase twowill have 31,000 sq ft of space in five units, with ground and first floor offices. Priced at €95 psf to sell, or €7 psf to let, they are on the market for developer Martin O’Callaghan of Portgate Developments.
