New Tralee house scheme selling fast
That’s according to Donal O’Connell of Sherry FitzGerald O’Connell who’s marketing this medium density scheme of three, four and five-bed houses.
Architect-designed by Pat Cashman of Midleton, Co Cork and built by WK O’Connor and Sons of Killarney, this is the team’s second outing in Tralee.
Their first scheme, Caher Ann Village, was a great success and so far, nearly half of the 20 houses in phase one of Clogher Failí have been sold.
Prices start at €208,000 for the three-bed, B style house which is mid-terrace, but still comes with 1.024 square feet and a layout that provides a guest loo, ensuite and main bathroom.
The 11 detached houses on offer were sold off the plans, says Mr O’Connell, and they are now selling three types with the most expensive coming in at €227,5000 for a three-bed with just under 1,300 square feet of space.
There are about 30 houses on offer in the first phase, (with half now sold), and the remaining 40 or so houses will be offered in phase two.Phase 1 is due for completion in the next few months, so purchasers should be ready to occupy their properties in May of June, says Donal O’Connell.
Price-wise, these houses offer a good choice for buyers ranging from the first-timer, to the trader-upper, and there is a predominance of owner-occupiers, he says.
An elegant scheme, all the houses come with fitted kitchens and wardrobes, PC sums for fireplaces and tiling and all first floors are in pre-stressed concrete for safety. And they’re also fitted with smoke detectors, are wired for phone and TV and have oil heating installed.
