What’s the point?
How many of those drivers were ever involved in an accident? How many people who have already been involved in more than one accident still have their licences?
If the answers are, respectively, almost none and several thousand, we know why road deaths keep rising, don’t we? Basically the same reason that crime is totally out of control. Politicians playing games resulting in broad tolerance and zero prevention instead of the other way round.
