Who are they?
Would it be prudent now to prevent members of that organisation currently employed in planning departments, An Bórd Pleanála, the National Parks and Wildlife Service and the judiciary from making planning decisions?
Should we have a tribunal to investigate all of the instances where applicants for planning permissions were denied natural justice by An Taisce members working in any of these posts.
An Taisce gives various excuses for not releasing its membership list. In my view, any organisation that got a financial subvention from the taxpayer should have been open to public scrutiny in its modus operandi and the ways in which it spent its money.
