WHEN will this entirely silly charade by Government over waiting times for hospital services cease?

They say things are improving. How can they say this? A constituent of mine has been waiting for three years to see a hospital consultant so as to get on the blinking list in the first place!

This despite the fact that he is virtually totally disabled and in terrible pain with end-stage osteoarthritis of his hips. He wakes every day at 4am in terrible pain, despite painkillers.
