The Americans could try a name that reflects the Bush approach to global diplomacy, such as Operation Gunslinger or Operation Yee Haw!

The British will also need a title. Operation Restore Imperial Pretensions or Operation Recover Global Status spring to mind and one with a positive theme could go down a bomb, such as Operation Lower Petrol Prices.
