Brass-neck papal critic challenges Holy Spirit

TP O’MAHONY never had a good word for Pope John Paul II because he kept to the teachings of Christ.

Now he has started to criticise Benedict XVI (Irish Examiner, April 20) even before he celebrated his first Mass as supreme pontiff of the Catholic church.

If TP is against him, that alone convinces me the cardinals were guided by the Holy Spirit in their choice.
