Colin’s InterMission is a bad break for the Irish film industry

I RECENTLY saw one of Colin Farrell’s latest movies, InterMission. Unlike Phonebooth, which I really enjoyed, InterMission brings down the tone of our so-called “vibrant capital”.

The two best laughs involved a boy smashing a bus window to pieces and a young girl being tied to a bed where unspeakable things were done to her by her lover.

In my opinion, this film does very little to promote the Irish film industry.
