It's unlikely that the creators of AI are worried about women. Worried meaning, they hold any genuine fear, that the sex performing the bulk of the world's care work, is "left behind", as everyone else on the planet obediently embraces this new technology.

It's far more likely that the creators of AI are deeply worried about things like user numbers, share prices, competitors' identical tools, and, after years of development, finally reimbursing their investors.
