Covid-19: Ireland moves to Level 3 on Tuesday. Here's what you need to know

Taoiseach Micheál Martin announced last week that from Tuesday, the country will move to Level 3 of the Living with Covid plan.

The move to Level 3 will have some exceptions in place for Christmas.
