I don’t yet know why Israel moved the management of its bonds from Ireland to Luxembourg. I hope its because our Central Bank found the spine to say no. 

Before Brexit, Israel used the services of the Bank of England to authorise its bond sales in Europe — one of its primary ways of raising money for its war aims and military campaigns.
