I am the son of Fiona Connolly, who was the youngest daughter of James Connolly.
1916 letter: Another descendent opposes Glasnevin wall

I cannot understand how any Irish person can contemplate, never mind propose, that the names of British army personnel be inscribed at Glasnevin Cemetery alongside those killed/ illegally executed during the Easter Rising. This would not occur in any other country. I do hope this will never happen once it is thought through.
