Banks are responsible for housing crisis

New legislation was brought in by Michael Noonan to the effect that if a landlord compelled tenants to vacate his property as he intended selling it and subsequently did not, he or she would be liable for a fine of €3,000 .

Banks are responsible for housing crisis

Now my question for Noonan is this:will the same penalties apply to banks who repossess a property rendering another family homeless ?

There is a chronic housing crisis yet no one has suggested that the banks who we bailed out are largely responsible for it because of their frenzy for profits.
