Beware the banks getting rid of humans

I wrote to my bank to complain about it getting rid of humans and replacing them with machines and I got an automated reply.

Kurt Vonnegut wrote Player Piano where machines replaced human beings and disaster followed. Written in the early 1950’s, it’s a great read.
