Noonan needs to bring transparency to Nama

I was under the delusion that Nama had been set up in the interest of the Irish public to get the maximum price from their property portfolio.

Was I mistaken as it’s alleged that €7m of our money was paid into an Isle of Man account for the benefit of politicians in the North? Even more bizarre is that this allegation is being investigated by the UK authorities while it is not being investigated in the Republic.

Reports in todays newspapers claim that €172m has been paid out to Nama employees, many of whom earn over €100,000.
