Turkey compliant in training Isis terrorists

At first sight, It appears perfectly reasonable to expect the EU to pay Turkey €3bn because it is hosting more than 2m refugees, and it will stop these refugees from coming into Europe.

However, Turkey, along with its Nato allies, has been training these Isis terrorists and has been arming them and has allowed them to enter Syria via Turkey.

Turkey has also been bombing Kurdish areas of Turkey and Syria thereby creating more refugees. Instead of paying Turkey €3bn for hosting refugees that it has helped create in the first place, the EU should be doing its utmost to prevent these Isis terrorists from being rearmed and supported by Nato, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Israel. We need to stop these wars and create peaceful environment so that these refugees can return home safely.
