Enda to be praised for supporting same-sex marriage

Listening to Taoiseach Enda Kenny being interviewed on Drivetime about marriage equality, I was astonished that, for the second time during his leadership, he didn’t speak with a ‘forked tongue‘.

The first time was when he spoke about the Catholic Church’s attempts to cover up child sex abuse.

I would like to congratulate him on his stance, and would hope that those who feel they cannot say ‘yes’ to equal rights for all peoples will reconsider.

As is said, ‘but for the grace of God go I‘.

I will be voting ‘yes’.
