Same-sex amendment threatens Constitution
While a same-sex union may well provide the foundation for a loving, secure family, it is, of its very nature, incapable of begetting children.
It is therefore incompatible with marriage, as the institution, both civil and religious, is recognised in Article 41.
Reason and logic and truth would deny same-sex marriage being in any way “the institution of marriage on which the family is founded.”
A successful ‘yes’ vote would subvert the Constitution by ignoring the essence of Article 41.
